Standing advisory

Regulation moves, vendors change models, and evidence goes stale. A retained seat keeps the program current and puts someone on the hook with you for review cycles, audits, and the questions that arrive without warning.

Small by design. You get the person you hired.

The practice is led by Kirill Men, who has spent eighteen years in quality engineering — QA engineer to QA lead to test architect to QA manager — across federal programs, enterprise systems, and consumer platforms, and now works on the governance and evaluation of AI systems.

Engagements are staffed by the principal. When an engagement needs more hands than that, we say so before the contract, not after it. The upside of a practice this size is that the work is never handed down to someone junior once the ink dries; the honest tradeoff is that we take on a small number of clients at a time.
